In March, the President’s Management Agenda (PMA) turned two years old. That policy document detailed how three key drivers of transformation – IT Modernization, Data, and a Workforce of the 21st Century – will get government where it needs to go. The PMA also prioritized improving Customer Experience. Information Technology will enable that change, make government relevant in the digital realm, and solve problems in a CX-oriented way. This program brings together thought leaders from the public and private sectors for a look at some of the challenges to – and best practices for – CX in government.
