- Rick Driggers, critical infrastructure cyber lead at Accenture Federal Services and former assistant director for the integrated operations division at CISA, said that over the last four or five years, the federal government has done a great job at creating a unified approach to guidance on cybersecurity and infrastructure security.
- Driggers explained that there is a cultural divide between those who run the IT networks and the people who run the operations networks.
- Currently there are a lot of vacant cybersecurity jobs, which Driggers called a “national security risk.”
