The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) is set to release an artificial intelligence strategy to sharpen the country’s technological edge over its adversaries.
- The DIA is unique in that it is a service provider of different functions, including foundational military intelligence, Doug Cossa, CIO of DIA, explained.
- Cossa has new initiatives to attract and retain talent, such as creating accommodations via new technologies for employees with disabilities.
- The DIA has been working on modernizing the Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System in terms of both the technology itself and the cybersecurity protecting the system, Cossa said.
