The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) supports American foreign policy by providing assistance to areas of the world that are most in need. The agency recently created a chief diversity officer position to improve diversity, equity and inclusion internally and externally.
- The new chief diversity officer is Neneh Diallo, who told Government Matters her agency is strategically looking at data to make informed decisions and is conducting a barrier analysis to identify gaps in diversity efforts.
