Dan Blair, president and CEO of the National Academy of Public Administration and former deputy director at the Office of Management and Budget, offered federal workers a guide to avoiding trouble with the Hatch Act.

Department of Transportation chief information officer Richard McKinney discussed the TBM Council’s new release, “Accelerating the Mission: Recommendations for Optimizing Federal Technology Cost and Value in the Age of FITARA.” It suggests government could shave $5.8 billion off its annual IT spend.
